Ingredients
- 1 lb raw shrimp
- 8 oz imitation crab
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried dill or Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the raw shrimp until they are pink and opaque. Allow to cool and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, imitation crab, diced red onion, diced celery, and mayonnaise.
- Add coconut sugar if desired, and season with paprika and dried dill (or Old Bay seasoning).
- Mix well until all ingredients are coated.
- Serve chilled.
