Description

A delightful seafood pasta recipe featuring tender shrimp in a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta of your choice
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing well to coat.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor. Adjust red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
