Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
