Description

A vibrant Seafood Pasta Salad combining tender shrimp and succulent crab meat with fresh vegetables, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (fusilli or rotini)
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup cooked and peeled shrimp
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup cucumber (diced)
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooled pasta to the seafood and veggies, then pour the dressing over the top.
  5. Toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve as a side or main course.

Notes

Chilling the salad longer enhances the flavors. Adjust seasoning as per taste before serving.
