Description

A vibrant seafood pasta salad featuring crab, shrimp, and fresh vegetables, all coated in a creamy, zesty dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs rotini pasta (cooked, drained, and cooled)
  • 2 peppers (red, yellow, or orange) (seeded & diced)
  • 1 bunch green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes (halved lengthwise)
  • 16 oz container lump crab meat (drained)
  • 1/2 cup imitation crab meat (chopped & flaked apart, optional)
  • 2 packets ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing
  • 2 1/3 cups mayo
  • 12 oz bag frozen salad shrimp (thawed & drained)


Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients in an extra-large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the cooked rotini pasta, diced peppers, green onions, grape tomatoes, lump crab meat, and flaked imitation crab meat if using.
  3. Sprinkle in the ranch dressing mix and stir to combine.
  4. Pour in the zesty Italian dressing and mayo, then stir well until everything is evenly combined.
  5. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes.
  6. When ready to serve, give it a gentle stir and enjoy.

Notes
