Ingredients

  • 10 oz. (350g) spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz. (125g) shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 8 oz. (230g) Manila clams
  • 4 oz. (125g) scallops
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 8 oz. (228g) whole peeled tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Italian basil leaves
  • Salt, to taste

  • Chopped Italian parsley, for garnishing

  3. Heat a skillet on medium heat. Add the olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp, Manila clams, and scallops to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour in the prepared tomato sauce and add the chopped basil leaves.

  7. Transfer the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and stir to combine everything.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, ensure seafood is fresh and properly cleaned. Consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
