Ingredients
- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound scallops
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken or seafood stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toast points or rice for serving
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the flour and stir to form a roux, cooking for about 2 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in the stock and bring to a simmer, cooking until thickened.
