Description

A luxurious seafood dish featuring lobster, shrimp, and scallops in a creamy sherry sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken or seafood stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toast points or rice for serving

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the flour and stir to form a roux, cooking for about 2 minutes.
  3. Gradually whisk in the stock and bring to a simmer, cooking until thickened.
  4. Stir in the cream and sherry; then add the lobster, shrimp, and scallops.
  5. Cook until the seafood is heated through, about 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot over toast points or rice.

Notes

Consider adding fresh herbs like parsley or dill for extra flavor. Serve in shallow bowls to enhance presentation.
