Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup scallops
  • 1 cup white fish (e.g., cod or haddock)
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese (e.g., Gruyère or Parmesan)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Breadcrumbs for topping (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, forming a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in the cream, stirring until the mixture thickens.
