Ingredients
- 1 loaf Golden garlic bread
- 12 oz Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 8 oz Crab meat
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and crab meat, season with salt and pepper, and cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
- Spread the seafood mixture evenly over slices of golden garlic bread.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
