A comforting seafood casserole featuring tuna, shrimp, and a creamy mushroom base topped with cheese and breadcrumbs.
Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna (drained)
- 1 cup of cooked shrimp
- 1 cup of cooked pasta
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the drained tuna, cooked shrimp, and cooked pasta in a large bowl.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup and milk, incorporating half of the cheddar cheese.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top and evenly distribute the breadcrumbs.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole bubbles and turns golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
