Description

A comforting seafood casserole featuring tuna, shrimp, and a creamy mushroom base topped with cheese and breadcrumbs.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna (drained)
  • 1 cup of cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup of cooked pasta
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the drained tuna, cooked shrimp, and cooked pasta in a large bowl.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup and milk, incorporating half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Mix well and season with salt and pepper as desired.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top and evenly distribute the breadcrumbs.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole bubbles and turns golden on top.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
