A luxurious Seafood Carbonara featuring fresh shrimp, scallops, and calamari combined in a creamy pasta dish that captures the essence of coastal dining.

Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 150g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 150g scallops
  • 150g calamari, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, scallops, and calamari to the skillet, cooking until shrimp is pink and scallops are opaque.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, cooking for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
  6. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce until well coated.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Use seafood stock instead of water when cooking pasta for extra flavor. Experiment with different seafood combinations to suit your taste.
