Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, deveined and peeled
- 4 ears of corn, cut in halves
- 2 lbs small potatoes, quartered
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 tablespoons seafood seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add salt and seafood seasoning to the boiling water.
- Add the quartered potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Introduce the corn and sliced sausage into the pot, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they are pink, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Once cooked, drain the pot and serve the seafood boil on a large platter with lemon wedges.
Notes
To enhance flavor, consider using a homemade seafood seasoning mix. Serve the boil directly on butcher paper for easy cleanup.
