Description

A delightful dish that merges the flavors of a classic seafood boil with the comforting goodness of ramen noodles.


Ingredients

  • 4 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 pound fresh shrimp
  • 0.5 pound crab legs
  • 0.5 pound mussels
  • 4 cups seafood broth
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by chopping garlic and slicing onion.
  2. Clean crab legs and mussels, rinsing mussels under cold water.
  3. In a large pot, bring seafood broth to a boil.
  4. Add Old Bay seasoning, minced garlic, sliced onion, and lemon juice to the broth.
  5. Add shrimp, crab legs, and mussels to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles in another pot according to package instructions.
  7. Taste the broth and adjust salt and pepper if necessary.
  8. Once seafood is cooked, mix noodles into the broth.
  9. Serve in bowls, garnished with lemon wedges and chopped green onions.

For a vegetarian option, substitute seafood with mushrooms and zucchini. Adjust Old Bay seasoning to taste for personalized flavor.
