Description

A vibrant seafood boil featuring jumbo shrimp, crab, and andouille sausage, infused with Cajun spices and garlic butter for a delightful gathering experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Jumbo shrimp
  • 1 lb Crab
  • 1 lb Andouille sausage
  • 4 medium Potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 ears Corn on the cob, cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp Cajun spices
  • 1/2 cup Garlic butter

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the Cajun spices and stir to combine.
  2. Add the potatoes to the pot and let them cook for about 10-15 minutes until they are tender.
  3. Add the corn on the cob and andouille sausage, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp and eggs, cooking until the shrimp is pink and the eggs are hard boiled, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Drain the seafood and vegetables, and place them on a large serving platter.
  6. Melt garlic butter in a separate pan and drizzle it over the seafood boil.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider marinating the shrimp in garlic and Cajun spices beforehand. Tasting the broth before draining is recommended to adjust seasoning.
