Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, deveined
- 1 lb crab legs
- 1 lb mussels, cleaned
- 2 lbs small red potatoes
- 2 ears of corn, halved
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Water, for boiling
- Sliced lemons, optional
- Garlic cloves, optional
Instructions
- In a large pot, fill with water and add salt and Old Bay seasoning; bring to a rolling boil.
- Add the potatoes and corn, cooking until tender.
- Once the potatoes are tender, add mussels and cook until they open.
- Finally, add the shrimp and crab legs, cooking until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Serve on a large platter or a newspaper-covered table with lemon wedges.
