Description

A vibrant and flavorful Seafood Boil featuring shrimp, crab legs, crawfish, potatoes, and corn, infused with garlic and Cajun seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb crab legs
  • 1 lb crawfish
  • 4 medium potatoes, halved
  • 2 ears of corn on the cob, cut in halves
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add garlic and Cajun seasoning to the boiling water.
  3. Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add corn on the cob and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Finally, add shrimp and crab legs, cooking until shrimp turns pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Drain the pot and transfer to a serving platter.
  7. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with melted butter on the side.

Notes

For extra spice, add more Cajun seasoning or hot sauce during the boil. Keep an eye on the shrimp to avoid overcooking.
