Description
A delightful seafood boil bringing together crab legs, lobster, shrimp, potatoes, and corn on the cob, seasoned with Old Bay for a festive gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 lb crab legs
- 1 lb lobster
- 1 lb shrimp
- 4 medium potatoes, halved
- 4 ears of corn, cut in half
- 4 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and add Old Bay seasoning. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat.
- Add potatoes to the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add corn to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add crab legs and lobster to the pot, cooking for 3-5 minutes until tender.
- Drain the pot and serve seafood and veggies on a large platter lined with parchment paper.
- Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges for dipping.
Notes
For leftover seafood, store in an airtight container and enjoy within a couple of days. Reheat briefly by steaming for best results.
