A delightful seafood boil bringing together crab legs, lobster, shrimp, potatoes, and corn on the cob, seasoned with Old Bay for a festive gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab legs
  • 1 lb lobster
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 4 medium potatoes, halved
  • 4 ears of corn, cut in half
  • 4 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and add Old Bay seasoning. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat.
  2. Add potatoes to the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add corn to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add crab legs and lobster to the pot, cooking for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  5. Drain the pot and serve seafood and veggies on a large platter lined with parchment paper.
  6. Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges for dipping.

Notes

For leftover seafood, store in an airtight container and enjoy within a couple of days. Reheat briefly by steaming for best results.
