Description

A delightful seafood dish featuring tender sea scallops paired with angel hair pasta, sautéed garlic, and fresh parsley.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • 1 lb sea scallops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Season the scallops with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet, searing for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Pour in the cooking liquid and allow to simmer for a couple of minutes.
