Ingredients
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- 1 lb sea scallops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Season the scallops with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet, searing for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour in the cooking liquid and allow to simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine.
- Stir in the chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
