Description

A delightful seafood dish featuring scallops and shrimp cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for weeknight meals or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Scallops
  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add scallops and shrimp, cooking until scallops are golden and shrimp are pink (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the seafood, and season with salt and pepper.
