Ingredients
- 1 lb Scallops
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add scallops and shrimp, cooking until scallops are golden and shrimp are pink (about 3-4 minutes).
