Description

Grill delicious tuna steaks marinated in a savory blend of soy sauce, ginger, and honey for a delightful seafood dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 tuna steaks
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, honey, and garlic.
  2. Place the tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the tuna from the marinade and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the tuna steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Use high-quality, sushi-grade tuna for the best flavor and texture. You can experiment with marinating time for a more intense flavor.
