Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook until the shrimp turns pink, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Incorporate the broccoli florets into the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 4–5 minutes until the broccoli becomes tender-crisp.
- Stir in the soy sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for one more minute.
- Serve the savory shrimp with broccoli hot over cooked rice.
