Delicious seafood-filled biscuits with shrimp and crab, topped with gooey cheese, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb crab meat, shredded
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the biscuit mix, milk, and melted butter in a mixing bowl to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into circles.
- Mix the shrimp, crab meat, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- Place a spoonful of the seafood mixture on each biscuit circle.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fold the biscuit over to encase the filling and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
