Description

Delicious biscuit melts filled with tender shrimp, sweet crab meat, and gooey cheddar cheese, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat, cooked
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine shrimp, crab meat, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Open biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a generous spoonful of the seafood mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Place biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
