Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter (softened)
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 2 tbsp Green onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 dash Tabasco, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 pieces Halibut fillets (1 inch thick)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onion, crushed garlic, Tabasco, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Blend well to ensure all flavors meld.
  3. Place your halibut fillets in the prepared baking dish. Spread the creamy garlic Parmesan mixture generously over each fillet, ensuring an even coating.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and turns golden on top.
  5. Once baked, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
