Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter (softened)
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- 2 tbsp Green onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
- 1 dash Tabasco, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 pieces Halibut fillets (1 inch thick)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onion, crushed garlic, Tabasco, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Blend well to ensure all flavors meld.
- Place your halibut fillets in the prepared baking dish. Spread the creamy garlic Parmesan mixture generously over each fillet, ensuring an even coating.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and turns golden on top.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
