- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 dash of Tabasco (to taste)

- Pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 pieces of halibut fillets (1-inch thick)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the softened butter, mayonnaise, freshly grated parmesan cheese, chopped green onion, crushed garlic, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
- Add Tabasco, salt, and pepper to taste, ensuring an even distribution of flavors.
