  • 2 tbsp softened butter
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 dash of Tabasco (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 pieces of halibut fillets (1-inch thick)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the softened butter, mayonnaise, freshly grated parmesan cheese, chopped green onion, crushed garlic, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add Tabasco, salt, and pepper to taste, ensuring an even distribution of flavors.
