Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl for the marinade.
