Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl for the marinade.
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and coat thoroughly with the marinade; let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
