Description

A simple yet flavorful salmon dish, baked with garlic, lemon juice, and fresh herbs, perfect for busy weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Top with fresh herbs.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

For added flavor, consider infusing the salmon with a squeeze of lemon zest or adding red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
