Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup pico de gallo
Instructions
- Season the salmon with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook salmon skin-side down until skin crisps, then flip and cook until salmon is flaky.
- Warm corn tortillas in a skillet or over low flame until pliable and lightly charred. Keep wrapped in a towel to stay warm.
- Prepare toppings: slice avocado, shred cabbage, and mix pico de gallo ingredients (diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice).
- Assemble tacos with cooked salmon, cabbage, avocado, pico de gallo, and a drizzle of sour cream or Greek yogurt. Garnish with cilantro.
