Description

Delicious Salmon Tacos made with flaky salmon, fresh slaw, and creamy avocado for a satisfying and vibrant meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  3. While the salmon cooks, prepare the slaw. Combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl. Toss well to ensure everything is coated.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or directly over the flame for a few seconds to make them pliable.
  5. Once the salmon is fully cooked, flake it into pieces.
  6. Assemble each taco by layering flaked salmon, fresh slaw, and avocado slices on each tortilla. Serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to customize toppings with jalapeños or sour cream for added flavor. Use fresh ingredients for the best results.
