Description

Delicious salmon taco bowls infused with vibrant flavors, combining baked salmon, sofrito rice, avocado, and salsa for a delightful meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup sofrito rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions
