Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of salmon
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 3/4 cup herb cream cheese light
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 390°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the spinach until wilted, about 3–5 minutes.
  4. Spread herb cream cheese evenly over the salmon pieces.
  5. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
