Ingredients
- 2 pieces of salmon
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 3/4 cup herb cream cheese light
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- Oregano to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 390°F.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the spinach until wilted, about 3–5 minutes.
- Spread herb cream cheese evenly over the salmon pieces.
- Season the salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Place the salmon in a baking dish, adding the sautéed spinach around it.
- Top salmon with chopped tomatoes.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
