Ingredients
- 200g pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
- 200g salmon fillets
- 300ml cream
- 1 tablespoon dill (fresh or dried)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon juice (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and flake into pieces.
- In the same skillet, pour in the cream and stir in the dill. Let it simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked pasta and flaked salmon to the skillet, tossing to combine. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice if desired.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional dill.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a splash of lemon juice to the sauce. Consider adding vegetables like spinach or peas for added nutrition.
