Description

A quick and delicious salmon pasta dish topped with a creamy dill sauce that strikes the perfect balance between flavor and comfort.

Ingredients

  • 200g pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
  • 200g salmon fillets
  • 300ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon dill (fresh or dried)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and flake into pieces.
  4. In the same skillet, pour in the cream and stir in the dill. Let it simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and flaked salmon to the skillet, tossing to combine. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice if desired.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional dill.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a splash of lemon juice to the sauce. Consider adding vegetables like spinach or peas for added nutrition.
