  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) fresh sage leaves, chopped (2 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt (3 grams)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper (0.5 grams)
  • 1 lemon, sliced thinly for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
