Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, greasing it lightly.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared sheet, drizzling olive oil over them, then season with salt and pepper.
- Roast the salmon for about 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
