Description

A simple yet elegant roasted salmon dish paired with a creamy mustard dill sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, greasing it lightly.
  2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared sheet, drizzling olive oil over them, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast the salmon for about 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  4. While roasting, mix Dijon mustard, sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a bowl to make the creamy sauce.
  5. Serve the roasted salmon with the sauce drizzled over the top.

Notes

For best results, ensure salmon is fresh and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking. Adjust mustard in the sauce according to your taste.
