Ingredients
- 5 oz (140 g) enoki mushrooms
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) soy sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) gochugaru (Korean red chili flakes)
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp (5 ml) sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) water
- 1/2 green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp (5 ml) sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cut the enoki mushrooms and divide them into smaller portions.
- Combine the soy sauce, gochugaru, sesame oil, minced garlic, sugar, and water in a mixing bowl.
- Warm the mixture in a skillet and incorporate the enoki mushrooms. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until they soften.
