Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 8-10 medium-sized soft flour tortillas
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion flakes
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Toss the peeled shrimp with avocado oil, ground coriander, chipotle powder, smoked paprika, garlic salt, onion flakes, and lime juice in a mixing bowl until well-coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and pour in the shrimp mixture, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- In a separate skillet, warm each tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a scoop of shrimp mixture in each warm tortilla and adding your favorite toppings.
- Serve warm with additional lime if desired.
