Description

A simple and delicious baked cod dish topped with a creamy mayonnaise and Parmesan mixture, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
