Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Place cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the mayo and Parmesan mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cod is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
