This quick baked Cajun salmon is bursting with bold flavors and served with a creamy avocado lime sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the avocado lime sauce by blending the avocado, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
