Description

This quick baked Cajun salmon is bursting with bold flavors and served with a creamy avocado lime sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
