Ingredients
- 4 Salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Lime
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the avocado lime sauce by blending the avocado, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
