Description

A flavorful and easy recipe for baked Cajun salmon topped with creamy avocado lime sauce, perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the avocado lime sauce by blending the avocado, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Serve the baked salmon topped with the avocado lime sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
