Description

Delicious crab cakes made quickly in an air fryer, offering a crispy exterior and tender inside, perfect for weeknight dinners or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  5. Place the crab cakes in the basket in a single layer and spray the tops lightly with olive oil.
  6. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
