Description
Sizzling garlic butter melts over succulent prawns, bringing back memories of summer dinners by the beach. Quick, flavorful, and immensely satisfying.
Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen langostino tails
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Begin by defrosting the frozen langostino tails. Make sure they are fully thawed before proceeding.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, which should take about a minute.
- Introduce the langostino tails to the pan, allowing them to mingle with the garlic.
- After about a minute, add the butter and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes. Watch closely—you want the prawns to turn pink and become opaque.
- Once cooked, add the lemon juice, minced parsley, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir to combine everything well.
- Pull off heat and serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure your pan is hot enough before adding the garlic for the best flavor infusion.
