Description

Sizzling garlic butter melts over succulent prawns, bringing back memories of summer dinners by the beach. Quick, flavorful, and immensely satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen langostino tails
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by defrosting the frozen langostino tails. Make sure they are fully thawed before proceeding.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, which should take about a minute.
  4. Introduce the langostino tails to the pan, allowing them to mingle with the garlic.
  5. After about a minute, add the butter and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes. Watch closely—you want the prawns to turn pink and become opaque.
  6. Once cooked, add the lemon juice, minced parsley, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir to combine everything well.
  7. Pull off heat and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure your pan is hot enough before adding the garlic for the best flavor infusion.
