Ingredients
- Fettuccine pasta, enough for 4 servings
- Fresh basil pesto
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat, season the shrimp with salt and pepper, and grill until cooked through.
- Toss the cooked pasta with basil pesto until well combined.
- Stack the pesto pasta and top with grilled shrimp.
- Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
