Description

A delightful dish featuring fettuccine pasta tossed in basil pesto and topped with perfectly grilled shrimp, embellished with cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • Fettuccine pasta, enough for 4 servings
  • Fresh basil pesto
  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat, season the shrimp with salt and pepper, and grill until cooked through.
  3. Toss the cooked pasta with basil pesto until well combined.
