Ingredients
- 1 pound lump crab meat (or imitation)
- 1 cup real mayonnaise
- ½ cup diced celery
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Drain any liquid from your crab meat.
- Chop the meat into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Dice your celery and red onions very finely.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
- Stir in the Old Bay seasoning until well combined.
- Fold the crab and diced vegetables into the creamy mixture carefully.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour.
