Description

A delicious and easy Parmesan crusted salmon recipe that features buttery salmon with a crispy, cheesy topping.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For a thicker crust, double the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture. Experiment with different breadcrumbs or add spices to the mixture for new flavors.
