A delicious and easy Parmesan crusted salmon recipe that features buttery salmon with a crispy, cheesy topping.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For a thicker crust, double the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture. Experiment with different breadcrumbs or add spices to the mixture for new flavors.
