Description

A simple yet indulgent dish, Parmesan Baked Fish features a crispy, cheesy crust over tender fish fillets, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or haddock)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the fish fillets with olive oil.
  4. Coat each fillet with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to adhere.
  5. Place the coated fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Pat the fish fillets dry to ensure a crispy crust. Adjust baking times based on the thickness of the fillets.
