Ingredients
- 2 fillets mahi mahi
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Pat the mahi mahi fillets dry and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Place the fillets in the skillet and cook undisturbed for 3 to 4 minutes until a golden crust forms.
- Carefully flip the fillets and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the fillets from the skillet and set aside on a warm plate.
- Reduce heat to medium, add butter and garlic to the skillet, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the lemon juice and spoon the sauce over the cooked fillets.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the fish and serve immediately.
