Description

A simple and delicious Oven Roasted Salmon dish, perfect for weeknights or special occasions, featuring a flavorful marinade of olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the marinade over the salmon fillets.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Allow the salmon to rest after roasting to let the juices redistribute. Adjust cooking time based on fillet thickness. Experiment with the marinade for varied flavors.
