Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
