Description

A simple yet flavorful dish featuring fresh salmon fillets baked to perfection with garlic butter and a hint of sweetness from brown sugar.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Spices (such as paprika, salt, and pepper)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic.
  3. Brush the garlic butter over the salmon fillets.
  4. In another bowl, combine brown sugar and desired spices.
  5. Sprinkle the brown sugar spice mix over the salmon.
  6. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

For optimal flavor, use fresh garlic. Let the salmon sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking for even cooking.
