Description

A creamy and decadent seafood dish that combines shrimp and crab in a rich Alfredo sauce, served over fettuccine or linguine.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine or linguine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the crab meat and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  7. Add cooked fettuccine or linguine to the pot and toss to coat in the Alfredo sauce.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, let it simmer longer before adding pasta. Adjust flavors with lemon juice or herbs if needed.
