A simple yet delicious One-Pot Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta that combines rich flavors and minimal cleanup.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. spaghetti or your favorite pasta
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook until they turn pink, roughly 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the shrimp from the pot and set them aside.
- In the same pot, pour the broth and bring it to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente.
- Once the pasta is cooked, return the shrimp to the pot. Toss everything together to combine, allowing the shrimp to heat through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, use fresh garlic and consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
