Description

A simple yet delicious One-Pot Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta that combines rich flavors and minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. spaghetti or your favorite pasta
  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook until they turn pink, roughly 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the shrimp from the pot and set them aside.
  4. In the same pot, pour the broth and bring it to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente.
  5. Once the pasta is cooked, return the shrimp to the pot. Toss everything together to combine, allowing the shrimp to heat through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, use fresh garlic and consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
