A comforting and easy-to-make dish that combines fresh or canned salmon with creamy pasta and spinach.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb salmon fillet or canned salmon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. If using fresh salmon, add it to the pot and cook until flaky.
  4. Stir in the broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions, adding spinach and cream in the last few minutes.
  6. Season with dill, salt, and pepper.
  7. Serve hot with grated Parmesan on top.

Notes

Use high-quality salmon for the best flavor and feel free to adjust the amount of cream to your preference.
